("Ucodemy" or "We"). This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information on or through the Website and through all services and/or features made available on or through the Website (the Website and all services available on or through it, the "ITCH Services"). Ucodemy values the privacy of the visitors to the Website and users of ITCH Services (individually, "User" and collectively, "Users"), and makes it a priority to protect any personally identifiable information that it obtains from its Users.

This Privacy Policy describes what information Ucodemy gathers from you, how Ucodemy uses that information, and what Ucodemy does to protect that information. By using ITCH Services (whether or not you register for an account for ITCH Services), you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not want information about you to be used in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy, please do not access, browse or otherwise use ITCH Services or any part thereof.

Ucodemy Privacy Principles

Our Privacy Notice is fueled by our commitment to the following Privacy Principles:

The Information Ucodemy Collects:

Services: ITCH has a public facing academy at itch.ucodemy.com and provides custom private websites, also under the ucodemy.com domain, for each school academy. The main facing website for itch.ucodemy.com, being a public website, is only for use for those over 13, and is intended for teachers to try student accounts before purchase for their school. Teachers should purchase a class course, or a school subscription for their students for access to their own private workspace, and disclose to parents the use of such services if their students are under 13. Because this private workspace is entirely under the school control, Ucodemy is not held responsible for any sharing of content or personal information within this school environment and does not share this with any other schools, teachers, or students. The users and content may be deleted by the designated school academy administrator, which is set up for each academy. Please contact hello@ucodemy.com for any contact information for a particular academy. As such, the administrator is responsible for the sharing within this closed environment and fulfill corresponding COPPA requirements.

User-provided Information: ITCH has student and teacher accounts.

Students: For students, the teacher decides what signup information will be used by the school. The school is in control of any sharing withing the school academy provided by ITCH. It is up to the teacher to decide if they provide their actual name or not. Student accounts can be based on email or user id, but as they are not share or accessible outside the academy it is the privacy of the school to determine if these account id's contain any personally identifiable information

Teachers: When a teacher registers for an account for ITCH Services or at any later time, you may provide to Ucodemy what is generally known as "personally identifiable information" (such as your name, password, age, gender, email address, postal mailing address, zip code, and home/mobile telephone number). From time to time, Ucodemy may also ask you to provide other information if you so choose and if Ucodemy deems it necessary or helpful in the provision of ITCH Services or any part thereof. If you choose to provide such information, during registration or otherwise, you are giving Ucodemy the permission to use and store it consistent with this policy.

Information available from Facebook and social networking services: Ucodemy may, now or in the future, permit you to register for an account for, or sign in to, the ITCH Services by providing some or all of the required account information through certain third party social networking and/or authentication services, such as Facebook Connect and Google OpenID. Ucodemy may access and use any information from your applicable social networking service account that you have configured to be made available to third parties in this manner, including your personally identifiable information. All such information will stored and used consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish such information to be provided to Ucodemy, you may update, correct, or delete your applicable social networking service account information and preferences at any time by making the appropriate choices in the settings for such social networking service account. However, if you do so, you may not be able to sign in to ITCH Services and access certain services or features available thereon through such social networking service account.
